Dry Beef Chili in English

Ingredients:
- Beef Strips or Julienne ½ kg (Undercut only)
- Oil 4-5 tbs
- Green Chilies 5-6 Or to taste lengthwise sliced
- White Vinegar 1 tbs
- Soya Sauce 1 tbs
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Grounded black pepper ½-1 tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Salt to taste or 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil ½ tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs
- Bell pepper 1/2 Cup (Optional)

Directions:
- In bowl mix vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt and corn flour and pour it over julienned beef. Leave the beef for 40-50 mins for good marinating.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic and fry little then add beef into it. Stir fry on medium heat until beef is done according to taste.
- Add water for little saucy texture.
- Add green chillies and sesame oil in last and give a last mix with bell peppers. Serve with rice of your choice.


Dry Beef Chili in Urdu

Ingredients:
- Beef strips or Julienne ½ kg (Undercut only)
- Tel 4-5 tbsp
- Hari Mirchein 5-6 Or to taste lengthwise sliced
- Safed Sirka 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lehsun chopped 1 tsp
- Grounded Kali Mirch ½ tsp
- Cheeni ½ tsp
- Namak to taste or 1 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tsp
- Til ka tel 1/2 tbsp
- Pani 2-3 tbsp
- Shimla Mirch lal aur peeli ½ Cup (Optional)

Directions:

- Ek bowl main sirka, soya sauch, kali mirch, cheeni ,namak aur corn flour shamil karke mix karein aur isko beef pe daal ke mix karlein. Beef ko 40-45 min ke liye achi marination ke liye chhor dein.
- Pan main tel garam karein aur is main lehsun daal ke hulka fry karein. Is main phir beef shamil karke darmayani aanch pe fry karein ke marzi ke mutabiq beef gal jaye.
- Thora sa pani add karlein thora saucy texture k liye.
- Akhir main hari mirch aur til ta tel shamil karke mix karlein. Apni marzi ke chawal ke sath serve karein.
